Understand your worth

The strangest thing about life is that people will value you not according to your worth but according to their perceptions, experiences and most importantly the need for you. The best example of the need based worth is depicted well in the movie Paycheck(2003) where Michael uses specific items to overcome and defeat fate.

It is said that self-preservation, selfishness are the most inherent qualities of all living beings. Humans specially are more swayed by the vagaries of necessity. It is believed that the first love of a child is not on the mother but on her breast for it satiates the hunger of the child. Sounds crude and cruel, sadly, that's the way things are.

So, whether it's your dog or your child, or your partner, or your parents everyone values you based on what you do for them. If you really believe that love, care and affection are all inherent and innate then do sure check them out for yourself. The conditional nature of them will be soon unraveled for you.

Why do people make friends, why do people fall in love? Are they just unconsciously or consciously acting out of the impulse to prepare for the rainy day!!!

Stop playing a functional role in the lives of the people around you. You will see how soon you are discarded, forgotten and replaced.

All credit goes to the hormones, instincts and impulses that aid in their survival through bonding and building of relationships. You, he, she, they everyone's no one. Everyone's just fading away slowly and discreetly into non-existence. Some aware, some unaware, but shall spare none.
